Spicy ginger cookies for a lazy Sunday afternoon.
2,5 cups wheat flour
1 cup powder sugar
1,5 cup butter
1 tsp Liquid Ginger
Mix all ingredients together and divide the dough in 2. Shape both pieces of dough into a stick shape.
Let the dough rest in the fridge for 1-2 hours, and pre-heat the oven on 200 °C.
Cut the dough into thin cookie-shaped pieces, and bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes
Tip! You can add 1-2 tsp Liquid Ginger to any cookie recipe. To make it easy for yourself, spice up a store bought recipe with a little dash!
