Spaghetti Bolognese
Dinner for 2 people
You’ll need
250 g minced beef
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato purée
1 carrot
1 stalk of celery leaves
2 tbsp olive oil
0.5 dl broth or red wine
Salt and pepper
3 tsp liquid garlic
2 tsp liquid basil
2 tsp liquid oregano
Liquid chili to taste
Spaghetti noodles for 2 people
50 g grated parmesan
Here’s how to do it
Finely chop onion, carrot, and celery leaves. Heat the oil in a saucepan and saute the onions and vegetables for a few minutes, then add the meat and brown it.
Add chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, and broth or red wine and simmer over medium heat for 30-60 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Boil the spaghetti; meanwhile, flavor the bolognese with liquid herbs, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve the dish with freshly grated parmesan.
