Asian Salad

Tasty and easy lunch to bring to work.

Ingredients

The Salad

  • 1 Head of white kale

  • 1 Head of red kale

  • A bunch of carrots

  • A bunch of sweet peas

  • A handful peanuts

  • A handful coriander


Asian dressing

  • 4 tbsp soy

  • 3 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp liquid chili

  • 2 tsp liquid ginger

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1/2 lime

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the carrots and kale into nice mouth-fitting pieces. Cut the peas and add them to the salad.


Step 2

Mix all the vegestables together.


Step 3

Mix all ingredients for the dressing together into a nice asian dressing.


Step 4

Cut the peanuts roghly and drizzle over the salat, together with the coriander, before serving.
