Baked Potatoes

Garlic, Wild Garlic

About the Recipe

Baked potatoes with garlic butter.


  • 2 large potatoes

  • 4 tbsp soft butter

  • A handful parsley

  • Olive Oil

  • 1 tbsp liquid garlic

  • Salt


Step 1

Wash and dry the potatoes thouroughly. Lubricate them with olive oil and salt.

Step 2

Cut an X in the middle of each potato and stuff butter and salt into the hole.

Step 3

Place the potatoes in the oven at 210 °C for 1 1/2 hours.

Step 4

Mic Soft butter, liquid garlic and chopped parsley. Place the mic in the fridge until the potatoes are ready.

Step 5

Fill the potatoes with the garlic butter from the fridge and enjoy your side dish with either tasty meat, or just a delicious salad.


Garlic butter with liquid garlic is easy to make and also functions as a great sauce for a grilled steak. Give it a unique touch by adding wild-garlic instead!
