About the Recipe

A simpel add on to your fries or sandwich.


  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup of oil

  • 1 tsp sennup

  • 1 tbsp liquid chili

  • A squint of lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper


Step 1

Blend the egg, oil, sennep, lemon juice, and liquid chili together. Start from the buttom and work your way to the top, until the mayonnaise hit the right consistency.

Step 2

Taste your way to the perfect mix by adding a bit of salt, pebber, or more liquid chili.
