Ingredients
150 g soft butter
150 g sugar
50 g powdered sugar
1 egg
2 lemons
250 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp liquid rosemary
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the butter into cubes. Blend it with sugar and powdered sugar until it turns white. Add the egg and mix it together.
Step 2
Grate the shell of the lemons. Mix flour and baking powder and add the lemon shell and 2 tbsp liquid rosemary.
Step 3
Blend the dough into 3 saugeses on a table with flour underneath. Wrap the dough piceses and let them rest for 2 hours.
Step 4
Cut out the dough into thin slices and get the cookies ready for the oven. Bake the cookies at 190°C for 10 minutes. Let the cookies cool off before serving.
