Potato Pizza

About the Recipe

Easy, fresh dinner for two.


  • 1 pre-made pizza base

  • 4 potatoes

  • 1 zuchini

  • 1/2 onion

  • 125 g mascarpone

  • 20 g shredded parmasan

  • 1 mozerella bowl

  • 1 tbsp Liquid Thyme

  • Salt & pepper


Step 1

Start pre-heating the oven the oven at 250 C.

Step 2

Mix the mascarpone, parmasan and Liquid Thyme and spread equally throughout the pizza base.

Step 3

Cut the potatoes and half of the zuchini into thin slices, and distribute them equally as topping for the pizza. Add shredded mozeralla on top.

Step 4

Bake the pizza for 8 minutes until it turns golden. Top with shredded fresh zuchinni.
