The easy way for a quick lunch.

Ingredients

  • 4 tortillas

  • 1 red onion

  • 1 Mozerella ball

  • Olive Oil

  • 2 tsp Liquid Chili

Preparation

Step 1

Cut all the mozerella ball and the red onion into thin slices.


Step 2

Distribute the cheese and onion equally between 2 tortillas, and lay a tortilla on top.


Step 3

Fry the tortillas on a pan with a bit of olive oil. Cut into triangles before serving.
