Easy pasta dish for 2 with a unique Italian kick!
Ingredients
1 can chopped tomato
2 tbsp tomato purée
2 carrots
2 stalks celery
1 onion
1/2 squash
3 1/2 tsp liquid chili
2 tsp liquid basil
2 tsp liquid oregano
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Split the onion in 4. Cut celery, squash and carrots into small pieces.
Step 2
Pour the chopped tomato, tomato purée suckar, butter, water, onion, 1 stalk of celery, and 1 carrot in the pot. Let it simmer and stir frequently.
Step 3
After 45 minutes, pour the rest of the celery and carrots in the pot. Min it with salt, pepper, and all the liquid herbs. let it simmer again while waiting for the pasta to boil.
